Our current favourite from the roastery — whatever single origin we're most excited about right now, rotating as new lots land. Every bag is a specific coffee (not a blend); the paper label inside tells you exactly which one and its full spec sheet.

Dialing in a new green takes time — sometimes a new lot is tasting great a week after we receive it, sometimes four. Roasters Choice lets us put the best of what's on the bench in front of you without waiting for a new product listing, and it's a shortcut to whatever we'd pick for ourselves right now.
