Uraga is a small woreda in Guji with high-altitude growing and small-holder farms, local Heirloom varieties, washed at the region's mills.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCurrently one of our favourites on the espresso bar — the light-medium roast has the body and sweetness to hold up under pressure while keeping the peach and jasmine intact.
